[tlbuild] xetex not being built

Ok, and that's probably why `fmtutil --all' prints an error message:

This is a summary of all `failed' messages and warnings:
`omega -ini  -jobname=omega -progname=omega omega.ini' failed
`omega -ini  -jobname=lambda -progname=lambda lambda.ini' failed


Hmm, fmtutil.cnf still contains

[...]
# $Id: format.omega.cnf 8442 2008-05-31 23:30:56Z karl $
omega           omega   -               omega.ini
lambda          omega   language.dat    lambda.ini
[...]

and that's probably the source of the problem, isn't it?
