[tlbuild] OpenBSD/amd64 build error

Hi,

I havent had a chance to look at this in detail, but I wonder if
anyone has seen a similar problem:

This is not for the tl SVN builds, but for the OpenBSD port.

I hope to look into this in more depth when I get time, perhaps next week.
