[tlbuild] pdftex update

Hi,
I'm a quite confused.  It seems that I can't upload a new pdftex
binary for x86_64-linux.  In order to make sure that I'm definitely
using the latest sources, I wiped out the whole Build/source tree and
run svn update again.  I did the same with Master/bin/x86_64-linux.

The reason I can't upload the newly created binary is that the pdftex
binary I compiled from fresh sources provides exactly the same MD5sum
as the file which is in the repository already.

Unfortunately I can't find out anymore how I compiled the files which
are in the repository because a few weeks ago svn crashed and I had to
check out the whole stuff again.  Hence I lost the modified Build
script.  But as far as I remember, the only changes were:

 1. enable xindy

 2. add the path to the separately compiled clisp.

I'm not aware that I compiled it without LFS support deliberately.
Maybe I did it accidentally.
