BTW, can someone please tell me what exactly *is* crashing? Aside from Nelson's 100-terabyte include, which is not a stopper. I assume that other Mac user was not doing that! I just tried the simplest pdftex inclusion of a pdf on powerpc-darwin (Nelson's machine) and it worked fine.
