[tlbuild] Compilation in Cygwin

Dear TeXlive team,
I am trying to port TeXlive to Cygwin,
I am using gcc 3.4.4.
I have the sources 20080816.
I gave the command ./Build --without-graphite
The compilation failed at XeTeX_ext.c
I attach part of the compilation messages
Do you have any idea ?
