Thanks very much to those of you who already did the build, but now I
have to ask you to redo it.  Sorry.  I made a stupid mistake in
texk/texlive/Makefile.in which misnames the epspdf and epspdftk
scripts (as epsf...).  Nothing else is affected.

Apostolos, you wrote me about an error with make install in xdvik.  That
does not happen for me.  Do you actually get xdvi* executables in the
bin dir (namely the script xdvi and the binary xdvi-xaw)?  Are there
previous errors in the xdvik configure or make?

Writing here in case anyone else encounters the same problem.
