I changed this, albeit in a slightly different way. It should now say 
"requires Windows ≥ 10" below the download info. The reason I did it 
this way is that support for Windows 7 (as well as 8 and 8.1) by 
Microsoft has officially ended. Therefore, the expectation is that "the 
average user" whom the "easy link box" is targeting should be running 
Windows 10 or later at this point, so the corresponding version is 
linked. Note that the Windows 10 version can be considered the "default" 
Windows version by now, with the Windows 7 version only provided for 
backwards compatibility (as it cannot be built with the latest libraries 
anymore)
That said, I also added to the note below where to find "other versions".

That's weird - I do get a page allowing me to "Select Destination 
Location" (directly after the license confirmation screen) when running 
the setup...
