[texworks] How to configure texworks.

You can
1) Use Edit > Preferences... > Typesetting to configure tools, or
2) modify tools.ini (to the same effect), or
3) create a separate script to do what you want (and then use either 
method 1 or 2 to incorporate it in TeXworks).
