Not from the 1.97MB file containing only zeros, but there is a good 
possibility that an earlier iteration may well still exist.  I would try 
the recycle bin, use "Everything <https://www.voidtools.com/>" to find 
files of a similar size, age, and/or name, and so on.  But since you 
have the PDF, if you wrote the original source code you should have 
(relatively) little trouble in re-creating it, unless you created it a 
very long time ago.
