[texworks] TeXworks unhappy with paths containing non-ASCII characters.

The following file, which opens perfectly well in Notepad (UNIV: Windows 
7 Enterprise, 64-bit), refuses to open in TeXworks :

> O:\Dropbox\Dropbox (Personal)\Online-only\LK\łukasz greczner\E-mails\PDF
