[texworks] Bibliography troubles

I have been working with Latex specifically texworks now for about a week. I can do almost everything except the bibliography part. I have read everything, I have watched every video. I cannot make a reference appear in my latex document.

Please take a layman by the hand and tell me how to make this work.
