[texworks] Windows: ver 0.6.3 TeXworks paths, and running as Portable

Good idea. You can get the TeX source code for the manual from
https://github.com/TeXworks/manual - would you mind proposing a specific
edit?

Dear Stefan,
How would the attached drafts look - ok?...

Change on page five: "For details on portable usage ...", just above: "2.1
Under Windows"
And change to page 29, new 5.7 heading and a new label.
If ok, should I upload the teo .tex files to Githup? or?
