V0.7 (travis-ci) [r.d26c46b, 05/03/2019 07:21] issues —

  1. Cannot copy version string from "About TeXworks" box for reports such as this.
  2. Cannot open D:\Users\Philip Taylor\Dropbox (Personal)\Łukasz Greczner\E-mails\PDF\Bundler.tex by double-clicking ('Cannot read file "D:\Users\Philip Taylor\Dropbox (Personal)\Lukasz Greczner\E-mails\Bundler.tex":
The system cannot open the file specified') [also cannot copy this error message]
  3. TeXworks / File / Open / D:\Users\Philip Taylor\Dropbox (Personal)\Łukasz Greczner\E-mails\PDF\Bundler.tex results in blank document entitled "untitled-1.tex" (Bundler.tex is zero bytes, so this might be Bundler.tex under the wrong name).

Apart from (1) above and the "cannot copy" issues, are these errors the result of using Polish upper-case Ł in the path ?

It would seem that (3) is not related to the use of Polish Ł in the path; it seems possible that if the file opened is empty, TeXworks either fails to open it and instead opens "untitled-n.tex" or opens it but displays the wrong name. Now that Bundler.TeX (at D:\Users\Philip Taylor\Dropbox (Personal)\Łukasz Greczner\E-mails\PDF\Bundler.tex) is fully populated, TeXworks retains the correct name when opening it but still fails to open it when it is double-clicked from Explorer, believing (wrongly) that it should be trying to open D:\Users\Philip Taylor\Dropbox (Personal)\Lukasz Greczner\E-mails\PDF\Bundler.tex, which file does not exist.
