Howdy,
I do hope you changed it to /Library/TeX/texbin not Library/TeX/texbin (note the leading /).
PS: I'm not seeing a problem with Cmd-Q quitting TeXworks. I'm using Stefan's latest build (with QT5); Version 0.5 (travis-ci) [r.52be6c2, 3/2/16 1:07 PM] from TeXworks->About TeXworks.
PPS: Does QT5 still not support Printing of the pdf or source on the Mac?
