[texworks] Request: providing initial settings from outside

Hello, Stefan,

Thank you for your reply.  I understood your concern
about security.  However, it is true that the current
settings are not convenient for distributors as well.
Could you include some settings of de-facto
standards in Japan as the attached patch?
