[texworks] UPDATE: New Windows version - please test

Hi,

r688 looks fine on win7, i like the native open dialog. Issue 414 is still
occuring on my machine with hebrew text, but as already mentioned this might
be an issue of the poppler libary. The scripting features also work fine on
my machine.
Will it be possible to configure the accelerators for those scripts? German
users, e.g., are more familiar to use CTRL+SHIFT+F for switching to bold
font style instead of CTRL+SHIFT+B.
