Yeah, Alain did. See the attachment to
http://tug.org/pipermail/texworks/2010q2/002650.html for English and
French. I'm not sure if this is the latest version, but it should get
you started. IIRC, most of the initial problems of having a translation
file for English (which is built-in) should be resolved by now as well.
So just give it a try (putting the .qm file(s) into
<resource>/translations should do the trick).
