[texworks] German translation

Sorry, this mail was not supposed to be sent to the list.  Distinct
mailing lists treat "reply" differently.  On some lists a reply is
sent to the author, on others it's sent to the list.  I must admit
that I didn't examine the header of the reply carefully enough.

But there are no secrets.  For those who don't understand German:
