[texworks] texworks from TeXLive on Vista

and how should one do that, when we cannot even start TeXWorks?

just trying to start TeXWorks results in the error given.

Tomek has moved it to the TeXLive list as it seems to be a problem 
there. And I'm trying to geet a hold of the student.
