[texworks] TeXworks creates A4 paper size PDF (not Letter Size) with MikTeX 2.8

TeXworks creates A4 paper size PDF (not Letter Size) with MikTeX 2.8.
I have installed it again (just to make sure that I specify Letter Size),
but the PDF seems to have a different dimension paper size (although, the
text itself may have letter size).

Any way to fix it? Thanks, Oz.
