There are no help files that come with Tw ;).
There is Alain's help, which is available as a separate package on
launchpad (and which is also "recommended" by the Tw package ;)). But
strictly speaking, there are no help files.
But the idea is generally a good one. People who need to be told about
installing TL (or any other distribution, for that matter) probably need
to read the manual, anyway. And everyone else need not care about it.
