[texworks] 'upgrading' texworks in miktex

Ahh, of course - using the .exe installer will register that version with
file associations!
It's obvious when someone else does it :)

Thanks all for the responses. Miktex doesn't have latest versions in their
update as of this morning, so I might maintain a separate version myself.
