[texworks] Toolbar button to open PDF with system default program

Sounds like a reasonable idea. Could you please add it to the Google
Code page's issue tracker so we don't forget about it.
BTW: What characters are displayed incorrectly, and how? This lead to an
important bug report to the poppler people.
