[texworks] message from TeXworks user

These are actually several issues in one, all of which are MiKTeX
related (please report them there, too, if you haven't done so already).

First, scripting is still in the experimental stage and hence is not
included in any stable build. Apparently, the MiKTeX people chose to
distribute that experimental build (which is not the intended way, but
up to them in any case).
Second, they apparently forgot to add the necessary dll(s) in their
build. This should be easily solvable, though.
