[texworks] Manual in Spanish

Hi!

Manuel González Suárez did translate the manual to Spanish.
You can find it, as well as the online help in html, at:
http://www.leliseron.org/texworks

I'll try to update the manual with the corrections which were suggested to me.

The manual would then more or less correspond to the stable version.
I won't probably not improve it further after that!
