[texworks] SyncTex data cannot be found in a Cyrillic folder

Hello,

Thanks to Akira, SyncTex is enabled in the latest LuaTex-0.44.

But! If I store my files in a folder with Cyrillic name, TexWorks viewer 
says "synctex data not available", though .synctex.gz  file is created. 
(If I move my files to the disc root, everything works ok.)

And another minor issue: Font Info is almost unreadable due to tiny 
blurred letters.

I use r466. Thanks for fantastic program!
