[texworks] Source of qt_ru.qw file and untranslated strings

 From the Qt 4.5.2 release, which is the version I'm currently using  
to build texworks.

Apparently that version doesn't include translations for all the  
buttons, but the current git version (which will eventually go into Qt  
4.6, I expect) is more complete. So the situation should improve.....
