[texworks] translation updates

With TeXworks arriving at a first "real" release (v0.1) to coincide
with TL'09, and having a brand-new icon, this would be a great time
for localizers to update the various translations so as to include
recent changes.

As of now, I think only Korean is 100% up-to-date, though German and
Chinese are within a couple of strings of completion (for a
recently-added Editor Prefs option); other languages are lacking about
7 - 15 of the most recent strings. If any localizers can find the time
to refresh their translations in time for the final TL builds (no, I
don't know exactly when that will be!), that would be very much
appreciated.
