[texworks] texworks-setup.ini problem

Hi,

D. Walden sent me a text about his experiments with TeXworks (to review 
for PracTeX).
He did find a problem (under Windows XP) with "defaultbinpaths" in 
texworks-setup.ini; I made some trials (r. 291) and, yes, it doesn't 
work if I erase the information in Edit>Preferences> Typesetting: 
"pdflatex.exe not fount"

I think it did previously work under Windows!
