[texworks] how to customize the completion

Thank you very much. I have two issues here :
1. I modifed
bequ:=\begin{equation}#RET##INS##RET#\end{equation}•
into
bequ:=\begin{equation}#RET#test#INS##RET#\end{equation}•
after restarting the texworks, I tried to complete \begin{equa
with Tab, but still I got
\begin{equation}
cursor
\end{equation}•
what I added the word "test" did not appear
2. Tab+Ctrl seems not work on my machine, and I tried on other machine with Windows XP
neither of them work, instead I found the combination Tab+Ctrl can only realize the same function
as Tab on these machines. The combination Tab + Ctrl works fine on my linux.
