[texworks] ini path

Hi,

concerning this inititial bin path ... how about a $twbinpath variable 
(in path specification) that represents the path where the texworks 
binary lives; this will permit

- putting texworks in the regular texbin path with no further 
configuration if this var is used

- putting texworks someplace relative to the tex tree and use this var 
in the relative path specification (for instance something like 
$txbinpath/../../../texmf-mswin/bin)
