Also /usr/local/texlive/{2007,2008}/bin/i386-linux, IIRC (if present  
on the machine). But that ought to be changed if building for a  
different architecture, of course. And no, there's currently no  
mechanism to make that happen automatically. Time for a little qmake  
magic....
