[texworks] pre-release snapshots

Hello Daniel,

I'm on WinXP, and find that the current version of TeXworks is perfectly
acceptable (although of course I hope for new features!).  I've had it
working with TeXlive2008 and (my preference) MiKTeX, and both are
totally OK with the current binaries.
