[texworks] Building TeXworks on WinXP

What is the problem? I recently found out that apparently not all mirrors
have the same files. It worked for me with the following configuration,
though:

Install Mode: Package Manager
Compiler Mode: MSVC
Download Server: France: http://kde-mirror.freenux.org, stable 4.1.3
Release: stable 4.1.3

Download files (bin and devel mode, where available)

Could you try these settings and tell me if it worked (or give me more
information on why it did not work)?

I generally use Linux but I'll see what I can do. However I'm afraid I won't
be able to publish the latest versions regularly (unless I finally get the
hang of cross-compilation).
