Of course, after hitting the link, I had to see if it could be
easily converted into bibtex. lol. 
The Zotero webform gave this,

while TooBib didn't do much better with it. I do a validity check
when adding to a bib file ( make empty doc and try to cite it )
but did not run that on this and my non-Anglais/ASCII handling
is just an afterthought but you can see what fields it found.
Author is notably absent.  The handler it picked is a bottom
of the barrel almost scraper lol.
