Interesting — perhaps you performed a "portable install", something I 
have never done.  In which case you will want to remove any references 
to "C:\texlive" from your environment variables (especially path) and 
then delete the directory C:\texlive and all of its contents.  Are you 
planning to install a different TeX system, or just do without one 
completely ?
