Overleaf would be the obvious place to find a 'full fat' online LaTeX 
system: it's business model to allow people to work online. However, if 
you want something a bit lighter weight, at learnlatex.org we've set up 
in-page editing/running of demos but without any need to log in, etc., 
with the aim of supporting learning.
