Portable multi-os version of TeXlive and TeXmaker

Hi, I'm Michele Durighello from N-E of Italy, using LaTeX from 2019. I like
using it, I know about Overleaf but I'd like you to create a minimal
multi-OS TeXlive distribution to put on a USB stick, it'd be great also for
users with no internet connect. & possibly with different OS over the 5
continents.
Wishing for this to be done as soon as possible.
