Using fonts from the LaTeX Font Catalogue

It seems there are (at least) two packages at CTAN that
provide antiqua:

https://www.ctan.org/pkg/urw-antiqua
https://www.ctan.org/pkg/urwvf

The first does not provide an antiqua.sty but the second
does. But if one is using the second, antiqua.sty should not
be "missing" in a correct installation.
