Kickstarter for The Preppy Lion: An Author's Guide to LaTeX is now live

It should be fixed (although when I just checked it had the shipping for a non-early bird hardcover I think at $39. I’m fixing that now. I’m guessing it takes a while to propagate through the Kickstarter system).
