Embedded fonts

Many thanks for your help.  I made sure I was updated to TexShop 4.44 and TexLive was updated; then I followed you advice about moving the *\end{document}* command up until I stopped having problems.  Doing this I was able to show the problems start in Chapter 5, where I get errors such as the following printed out in the log file.   It also looks like I can upload the T3 fonts are embedded and I can upload to the publisher everything down through Chapter 4.    Starting at Chapter 5 I still get blocked.  Can you make anything out of the following?
