Which font is this? Is there an equivalnet for use in plain TeX?

You can use the browser "inspect" menu item (in Chrome or firefox or Edge
at least) to see all the fonts being used in a web page (rather harder from
an image as you posted) if you use xetex or luatex, you can use the same
font in plain tex.
