I think you do not understand how this mailing list works.  Tell us what
OS system TeX version and perhaps the editor that you are using.  Have you
got these working?  What do you mean by a class template?  I have a set of
notes that can be downloaded from https://ideas.repec.org/e/pfr62.html.
You may find these of some help.  There are references to other latex
material in those notes.  Have you seen http://www.tug.org/begin.html.
 When seeking help here explain what you are trying to do in sufficient
detail that a reader can duplicate your problem.  Explain what you have
tried to solve the problem and what went wrong.
