[texhax] Crowd funding for LaTeX development

Here is a ShareLaTeX blog post regarding the growth in the number of
people using ShareLaTeX within the past five to six years:

Most of these users will be students.  Perhaps a simple "Donate $10"
button on the TUG home page would be effective.
