[texhax] Download errors from ftp://tug.org

I'm constantly getting download errors, to the point of not being able to complete my task, which is creating a Docker build box that includes TexLive.

It looks like the ftp://tug.org server is too busy, or has some problems, such that very soon it no longer responfs to my download requests.

In the past, other install, using the same script, were successful.

Being a Docker image, if the script fails, the entire image creation fails, and resuming is not possible, the script should be started from the very beginning.

Any suggestions?
