unfortunately this mailing list (support at tug.org leads to a mailing list) does 
not accept attachments and thus has removed yours. So if you want help with your 
document, you will have to include it inline or upload it somewhere and post the

But better would be for you to localize your problem yourself, so you can ask 
much more precise questions if needed. Here's some advice how to create a 
so-called "minimal example", a document showing your problem but nothing more 
than your problem:

There's two reasons for doing so. First, chances are high you find a solution 
yourself while doing so. And second, help on this list is granted by volunteers, 
and the more precise a question is asked, the better the chance you'll find 
someone willing to spend the time answering it.
