I don't see that.

My tablet (Fujitsu Stylistic ST-4121 running Windows XP Tablet PC Edition) has:

 - Macromedia Freehand MX
 - Autodesk Sketchbook
 - Inkscape
 - Creaturehouse Expression
 - Futurewave Smartsketch
 - ArtRage

only the last might be considered ``fingerpainting''. 

I also have W32tex on it --- now that I have a 32GB CF Card in it, I'll probably re-install LyX.
