I learn something new, by following directions, every day.

I downloaded the limap.dtx file and ran if thru pdfLaTeX
and now have what I needed.

Here is an example of my implementation of Information-Mapping
using refart with my style files

\documentclass[10pt]{refart}
\usepackage{refart-sugconf}
\usepackage{refman-InfoMap}
