MacTeX, which is TeXLive for the Mac plus some Mac specific applications.

I would advise you to subscribe to the TeX on OS X mailing list

http://email.esm.psu.edu/mailman/listinfo/macosx-tex

and ask what would be better for you ---download and install MacTeX 2011 
or wait a few days (or hours!) to download MacTeX 2012.
