If I use

\usepackage[scaled=0.99]{helvet}
\normalfont % in case the EC fonts aren't available
\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}
\usepackage{lmodern}


The numerical numbers (1,2 ..) and the Greek characters (alpha, beta
...) are still show in light, and I just feel it's not so good for vision.
